How is post-construction cleaning priced?
Pricing is based on square footage plus site condition, project phase, dust and residue level, glass, floor types, access, required equipment, crew needs, and deadline. A flat square-foot estimate alone may be inaccurate.
Do you haul construction debris?
Bulk construction waste, sharp materials, lumber, drywall, packaging, and regulated debris should be removed by the contractor or an appropriate hauling provider unless a separate scope is approved.
Do you clean HVAC duct interiors?
Cleaning accessible vent and register covers is different from internal duct cleaning. Duct interiors require a qualified HVAC or duct-cleaning provider.
Can you remove paint, adhesive, or stickers?
Compatible light residue may be considered after the surface and removal method are reviewed. Restoration, aggressive scraping, or removal that risks damage requires separate approval or a specialty vendor.
