Thank you for choosing Spotless Society for your cleaning needs. These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the "Client") and Spotless Society (the "Company") for all cleaning services provided. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Instant Quote Estimator & Service Scope

Important: Our instant quote estimator is designed to provide accurate pricing based on standard home and office conditions. However, final pricing and service acceptance are subject to property conditions upon arrival.

Quote Adjustments

The Company reserves the right to adjust quoted prices or decline service in the following circumstances:

  • Excessive hoarding or clutter: Properties with severe accumulation of items that prevent normal cleaning access or require significant clearing before cleaning can begin
  • Biohazard conditions: Presence of biological waste, bodily fluids, animal waste in excessive quantities, mold contamination, or other materials requiring specialized cleaning protocols
  • Safety concerns: Structural damage, pest infestations, unsanitary conditions that pose health risks to our team, or any conditions deemed unsafe for our cleaning professionals
  • Undisclosed property conditions: Property size, layout, or condition that significantly differs from information provided during booking
  • Specialized cleaning requirements: Situations requiring equipment, expertise, or products beyond standard residential or commercial cleaning scope

On-Site Assessment

Upon arrival, our team will conduct a brief assessment of the property. If conditions differ substantially from those assumed in the original quote, we will:

  • Discuss the situation with you immediately
  • Provide a revised quote reflecting actual conditions
  • Offer you the option to accept the revised quote or cancel the service

If the Company determines that the property requires specialized services beyond our standard offerings, or presents unmanageable safety or health risks, we reserve the right to respectfully decline service. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any prepayment will be fully refunded.

Booking & Payment

Service Booking

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or booking deposit. The Company will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website
  • Recurring service clients may be invoiced based on agreed-upon payment schedules

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount

Client Responsibilities

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Providing keys, gate codes, or other access methods as needed
  • Ensuring pets are secured in a safe area away from cleaning zones
  • Removing valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items from areas to be cleaned
  • Disclosing any special instructions, concerns, or property conditions in advance

Accurate Information

Clients agree to provide accurate information about property size, condition, and any special circumstances when requesting quotes or booking services.

Service Standards & Limitations

Our Commitment

Spotless Society is committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services with attention to detail and care. We use professional-grade equipment and cleaning products to ensure quality results.

Service Limitations

Our standard cleaning services do not include:

  • Exterior window cleaning above ground level
  • Heavy furniture moving (light furniture may be moved to clean underneath)
  • Carpet shampooing or specialized floor treatments (unless specifically booked)
  • Cleaning of hazardous materials or biohazard waste
  • Mold remediation or pest control services

Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Spotless Society is insured for accidental damage caused by our team. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or items
  • Damage to items improperly placed or unsecured
  • Damage resulting from conditions beyond our control

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to make it right. This may include:

  • Returning to address specific concerns at no additional charge
  • Providing a partial refund for areas not cleaned to standard
  • Offering credit toward future services

Privacy & Confidentiality

Spotless Society respects your privacy. All personal information and property details are kept confidential. Our team members are background-checked professionals who understand the importance of discretion and trustworthiness.

Modifications to Terms

Spotless Society reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
